Hi All , i just wanted to say hello as im new to this as my parents have been told they have lung cancer 3 weeks apart so im currently feeling like im in a dream but staying strong for both of them . We are still testing for what stage they are and what treatment they can have or cant due to other health issues . Xxx

Sorry to hear about your parents, we all hear the statistics about one in 2 people getting cancer but so often we do not think it might be us or our loved ones.
Many find the time between diagnosis and getting any treatment plan in place really very difficult. Glad you found us as with my wife's cancer I certainly know how that being strong bit can be easier to type than to do.
