Hi I am a carer,who is stressed.But dreading the Vaccine as I have no faith with being on beta blockers & my hubby has terminal cancer. We are having herbal teas with natural honey ! I feel emotionally exhausted. Not sleeping properly.! As I know I am my worst enemy!! Is any one from The Surrey area,near Guildford ? Please stay safe & keep positive regards Amanda

Sorry to hear about your issues and sorry too I am not near you. One thing I can perhaps suggest though is using our tool in your area and pop your postcode in, hopefully it will throw up regional support centres and groups that can put you in touch with someone near you.
Saying "keep positive" is sometimes much easier than doing it though. I know there have been times when I have needed someone to help so well done for reaching out on here.
