I found I was very cold on my first treatment last week, how about a nice soft blanket to cuddle up into & soft socks xx

Great minds think alike! I was going to say exactly the same! My hubby was the same feeling cold so that’s a great idea. Maybe a nice hot water bottle too.

how about some books to read or a fancy notebook to journal in? Agree that a blanket is a great idea too . How about one of those teddy bears that you heat in the microwave as an alternative to a hot water bottle. Candles are another thought.
