Not sure which community group I need!
My beautiful daughter was diagnosed with small bowel cancer back in May after having a ileostomy.
After a course of chemo and a ct scan and pet scan, we have been told it has spread to several lymph nodes in her stomach and is incurable
She has started a new targeting drug (Cetuximab) to target the lymph nodes to keep the cancer from spreading!
Is there anyone else going through the same treatment? She is 32 with 2 beautiful children. Life seems so unfair at the moment!
Hello 60bluebell,
So sorry to read about your daughter's diagnosis, I don't have experience with this condition but there is a forum where you may find others who are better able to respond

The targeted treatment should help her and there are possible positive outcomes from this type of treatment.
What a shocking, heart breaking experience this must be for you....I fully empathise and wish the very best for you all.
