Hello everyone - I am a British citizen but live in Denmark, and my husband is Danish. He has terminal lung cancer, and it's going so awfully fast. It is difficult for foreigners to have a network here, and I have none. Under these circumstances, as his next of kin, can I post here?
A very warm welcome to the online community and the carers only group.
Of course you are very welcome to post here and take part in discussions, we have members in our community from all parts of the world.
The benefit of the carers only group is that only carers should respond to you so you know they know the problems you are facing.
You can come here to meet others in a similar position to yourself, ask questions and seek advice, the only thing we would like you to do is complete your PROFILE PAGE and tell us more about yourself and your husbands journey this helps your fellow members when they respond to you.
Not only can you join and post in this group but you are very welcome to join our
Supporting someone with incurable cancer forum Group
and our
Lung cancer forum group
and introduce yourself to the very friendly supportive members of the groups.
If I can be of any more help please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do what I can to assist you.
Ian
