Hi All,
It's nice in here, a moment of quiet at a busy time. Thought I'd pop in for a catch up before we go away. We are having our Xmas day tomorrow and fly to the Alps Sunday morning.
Hope everyone is recovering from the lurgies, Moomy I think you started it! Had my youngest at home yesterday feeling rough, he is much better today but have kept him off today so he is fighting fit for skiing.
Leaving a bottle of prosecco and some mince pies on the table and raising a glass to wish you all the best for Christmas. Sending a hug to those who are going to find it a tricky time and hoping you find some Comfort in lovely memories.
Love Jakki
Have a great Christmas Jakki, I hope you get good snow conditions with this mild weather across Europe
Jakki, thank you for the Prosecco and mince pies, topping up the booze corner is some mulled wine again from me, together with a Christmas log cake......
Have a lovely time skiing, Jakki, hope the snow is right for you all and you come home feeling totally refreshed ( no broken bones, please!)
Christmassy hugs to you all xxx

Good news.....I have Lucas back! A lady from the other side of an estate near me posted on Facebook this morning to ask if anyone had lost a black cat. I went with my mum to look, and we are both sure. Luna is OK with him too.
He is very thin but otherwise seems fine. Hungry of course but settled down here immediately and keeps coming for cuddles.
Oh Lynda, that is great news! Really pleased for you! I hope he realises what a silly cat he's been and stays put now.
Hope everyone is doing ok, and that rotten cold is easing for you all.
Have put some home made fudge in a lock'n' lock, please help yourselves. And the coffee is warm plus kettle on for those who prefer tea.
Hugs xxx

Brilliant news Lynda.
We had something similar happen a few years back when our Tabby also missing for around 6 weeks (strangely enough that was around bonfire night as well) and had lost a fair bit of weight - even though he had probably been living on Vole-au-vents, Mousse and Ratatoille....
Lovely Christmas present for you and Luna, no doubt Lucas will soon pile some weight back on when he gets a turkey leg for dinner :)

Evening all
I am so pleased for you Lynda, Hopefully he won't wander again.
We had a really busy weekend. It was great to see loads of friends on both Saterday and Sunday.
Oh Lynda, I am so pleased, how lovely he is back home, I am sure you have been worrying about him, it must have been awful not knowing where he was or what had happened to him. I hope he doesnt go wandering again.
Hope everyone else ok, I have dreadful sore throat, really dont want to be ill as Mick cannot do anything much at all now.
Love and best wishes to all Jasmin x.
So pleased the wanderer has returned Lynda & that Luna is pleased to have him back
xx
