There will be two different holidays to Spain in March, one walking and one sightseeing, plus a week in Croatia in September or October, and Iceland in November. Jonathan will be posting the Spanish ones soon, and the others a bit later when he has sorted the details out.

A lot of arranging there! I love Croatia so will be really interested in that one. I will keep eyes open xx

im sat here feeling sorry for myself. All stuffed up, couldn't sleep last night, keep coughing so my stomach aches, managed a few mouthfuls of mashed potato for dinner. 

Oh, you do sound in a bad way, mind you I know what you mean, about coughing, it does hurt after a while. But fortunately I do not get many coughs, just have perennial rhinitis. So get to sneeze all flipping year long.

I've just found some sugar free cough mixture so will try that before I go to bed. 

Jon had perennial rhinitis and it used to drive him mad.

Hi Lynda, sorry you are still feeling rotten, hope it soon improves.  

We had Budapest on our list of places to go, my friend has been and said it is lovely, your posts sounded as if you were having a good time, I am so pleased you enjoyed it, I do admire you for getting out and about, it can't be easy all the time.

We have been to Croatia, it is absolutely gorgeous, you will really enjoy it, if you decide to go.

We had a lovely remedy for coughs colds and even rhinisitis called Axe oil. A really old fashioned remedy with camphor and menthol and eucalyptus. Recommended by a lady from Thailand. Have to get it off the internet. Old fashioned ingredients always the best.
