Hi Lynda, really hope the little cat is Lucas, and you have him home safe soon.  Have your mum and dad gone home now? Hope you are nice and cosy by your fire.

Sorry you feel bad about your dad Carol, you have not let them down you are doing what is sensible I am sure they understand.  Hope his appointment goes well tomorrow.  We have 1 cat asleep in the airing cupboard, she has been there since 10 this morning and 1 asleep in the conservatory, they have even slept through dinner and tea!!

I know i am Jasmin but sometimes i just feel like i don't do enough,they both told me to stop worrying so i guess i'd better do as they say

It would appear so Lynda,the girls had the run of the house today & are now in the bathroom so that Pud can come out of the kitchen,then he'll go away for an hour while the babies let off steam then he comes out again when the girls have supper & go to bed,it would be so much easier if we could have them all out together but Pud's 12 now & no way would he be happy with that pair climbing all over him

Yes Carol, do as you are told! It's not your fault you have a cold, and very sensible to keep away while you do.

Mum and dad went home this morning. It's a bit strange having the house to myself after them being here for two weeks. 

It's good that Pud will let them in anyway, even if he stays out of the way. I bet they work it out between them. I think Luna is quite enjoying having all the attention. She certainly hasn't shown any signs at all that she wants to go out. I'm keeping her in for now anyway.

Well that's me well & truely repremanded Lynda,dad said it went ok today & he feels fine so fingers crossed all will go well

When i came out the girls were eating & Pud was looking at Vince & waiting for biscuits,last one at the vets for spaying tomorrow then hopefully no more trips to the vet till next year when we go for vaccination boosters,i bet Luna's loving it just being the two of you,does she lay in front of the fire when it's lit,hope Lucas soon comes to join her 

I have my little mate again tonight & she's all tucked up in bed & fast asleep so it's feet up,cuppa & biscuits for me

I'm glad today was ok for your dad. Hope you are feeling better too.

Luna is making the most of it, sleeping on my bed, cuddling up on my shoulder in the evening. Turns out that the cat seen up my street earlier this week wasn't Lucas. So I'm no closer to finding him.

Carol, I too am glad your Dad felt OK, and that you feel a bit better about not going too. We have one of the Tuesday Bombe engineers on chemo so as he usually comes in and I've got a cough, I'm not going tomorrow. Plus felt rough today, asthma doesn't like me getting coughs. ( part of the problems at BP is that everyone coughs and splutters when they come for Bombe demos so we are in full firing line!) 

Lymda, really sorry the cat wasn't Lucas, really hope he returns. Luna must be feeling lonely without him.

Hope you're feeling better Moomy,dad wasn't quite so good today but said he feels bit better this evening & had some tea,fingers crossed he stays this way,i still feel bad but know it was for the best that i stayed away

Last of the girls went to the vets today,Willow was a bit sleepy when we picked her up & when i came out to have my little mate she was just settling down for a sleep

My mate is also fast asleep & i'm curled up under a blanket,hope i don't get too warm or i may well be asleep too when Mummy gets home

Carol, bless you being such a good mum and nan (to the kittens and your adopted little one) hope your Dad feels better, the first few days after chemo vary enormously even from person to person.

just whizzing through while i have 5 minutes to spare,today has been one of those days when i don't seem to have stopped

Sorry you've had to take to your bed Moomy,i do hope you're soon feeling better,dad is feeling better today but a little bit down,he's been out for a ride so hopefully he'll start to pick up again now,took Willow for her post op check tonight & all's well,she can go out again now but none of the girls seem to want to go out now,even Polly turns round & comes back in now,no Nanny duty tonight so it's feet up & a bit of reading for me

Lynda, how about Lucas? Have you decided he's made off permanently?

Thinking of you all, being rather quiet.....Still taking it easy, running a bit of a temp some of the time, sinuses hurt like mad, peak flow well down and feeling wheezy with blue inhaler not helping much, so obeying my asthma regime I  began steroid tablets this morning (30mg) and as it says, phoned GP, see him tomorrow.
