thanks everyone, I'm pretty upset and worried. But I have done everything I can to try and find him, so all I can do now is wait and see if he turns up. I wish I had kept him in longer, but he was so determined to go out, and getting a bit aggressive being kept in.....a real tomboy.

Sorry to hear there's been no news on Lucas Lynda,i hope he returns home soon

On babysitting duty tonight,Mummy has changed her contract at work so that means she has to do the bedtime shift 2 or 3 evenings so Nanny to the rescue,i got here at 6 & by 7.15 she was in bed,had her story & was fast asleep so i now have my feet up with a cuppa,shame there's no biscuits to go with it

Well this morning 3 little black kitty cats looked out the front door at the weather then turned round & came straight back in,they are now all fast asleep in the bathroom

Bless them, can't blame them at all, it's so cold, taken ages to warm the house up this mornin

Ive put more biscuits in the tin, and added a container of the lovely Costco choc chip shortbread too, it goes stale and sends biscuits soft  if in the biscuit tin! 

Will have some tasty beefy casserole and dumplings to pop in for an evening supper later on, too.....

I opened the door this morning & 3 girls went out,less than an hour later when Vince got back from taking me to work the baby girls came in followed 10 minutes later by Polly,didn't take long to turn them into house cats did it

Still no news on Lucas i take it Lynda

I now have a cup,saucer,teapot & matching biscuit tin for when i'm on nanny duty,can't wait to see what biscuits Annabelle picked for me

Today i feel like the worst daughter in the world,i should have been taking dad for his first chemo session tomorrow but i now have another cold & sore throat so i can't go near him incase i give it to him or mum,i really feel like i've let them down,i had a few tears this morning after Vince had dropped me off

Oh, stew and dumplings. Sounds just what I need as I am still waiting for my central heating to be installed here. I'm about to light the fire as it is freezing.

i have had some news. a black cat has been seen at the top of my road. He was stuck in a summer house, let out, turned up again Wednesday and they fed him and let him go (Thursday I put notes through the door, but by then he had disappeared). A lady just behind that house has also seen a black cat catching birds from her feeder.....that sounds like Lucas he is a good hunter. Both will let me know if they see him again, and I have put more notes through doors in that area.

Hope you soon get the heating in Lynda,it's turning proper winter now,i do hope that the cat is Lucas & you soon get him home,we have 3 asleep in the bathroom & 1 curled up in my rocking chair

The plumber is due to start it on the 7th. I am away for a week from the 26th, so won't be cold for too long.

I'm hoping he might go back to where he was fed if he gets hungry, and if he does they will keep him in. At least I know he was ok, and he is still close.

Are you going to let all the cats stay inside now?
