Thank you sister snail for your warm welcome, I was wondering lonely as a cloud till I found the open door, glad you had time for a nice cuddle this morning, and hope the  the tea party goes well, was feeling a bit anxious about the future when I should be just celebrating the fact he has come through this journey so far.

Moomy hope your feeling refreshed after your busy day yesterday, hope you managed to get some time to do the tourist bit in Singapore, and hope I didn't tread on your toes as I tiptoed out last night.

Thank goodness today is over,i'm mentally bushed being nice to all those people i don't know or like, the stepson thoroughly enjoyed his day which is all that matters as it was done for him

I've put some birthday cake & bottles of bucks fizz on the side for you all so please help yourselves,i'm just going to sit in father in laws comfy old chair with a cuppa

Sister snail I hope you feel better after your good? nights sleep, and hope your head doesn't feel too bad this morning, I'm glad your stepson enjoyed his party, and thank you so much for bringing some birthday cake and fizz for us all to share in the celebrations. I shall be in again tonight so hope there will be some left, its a lovely morning here but a bit chilly, frost overnight, but warm weather forecast this week, so hope we can all get some benefit of some lovely sunshine. It makes you feel so much better. So onwards and upwards let the week begin.

Just passing through with more cake,sister in law got a bit over excited when i ask her to do the honours & made a huge cake,shame all the fizz has gone now

Thanks Sister Snail, I enjoyed my piece of cake, gave me some energy after my (slow and short) run. 

Brr Polarbear, we also had frost this morning but a sunny afternoon, turning cold again now, anyone mind if I light the fire? I have some dried Christmas tree which crackles beautifully and smells lovely when burning. You could pull that recliner close and have a warm.

Oh how lovely the smell of pine needles, Jakk48 its lovely and the fire is so nice tonight, i'll just pull up a chair and see who's about, we are neighbours Jakk48 and sister snail i'm in Leicestershire. But love both your counties, did you see recently what we have dug up from under a car park , amazing what you can find. It has been a bit nippy here today, so winter coat back out again.

Thank you for the cake Sister, it nearly put me off my dinner this evening, but I can never refuse fish and slimming workd chiPs.  Got a bit of a cheek haven't I after a huge wedge of cake.  I always think though that as long as I watch what I am eating at home, I can come in here and have a treat.
