Just as well you weren't hungry Moomy, as the scones and cream had all gone when I crept in.  I have heard the Polarbear is a wonderful cook, and was keen to try them, but I wasn't quick enough.

You were sound asleep, and not snoring at all.  I didn't have the heart to disturb you to say goodnight.

    God bless dear lady.

Glad to hear your ok and feeling more positive, I was feeling a bit low, and wondering about looking for a friendly place, haven't got reason to be down, things are looking up hubby getting stronger by the day, future is a bit scary and don't know how hubby will cope, going back to work on a phased return once DVLA let him have his HGV licence back, its been such a rocky road at times and feel the future is uncertain. Just trying to take 1 day at a time. Hoping he will get some time in the sunshine to enjoy taking the kayaks out before work he so deserves a bit of enjoyment after what he has been through this past year. Thanks for listening my dear friend it seems so trivial with what others are still coping with. Will bake some more scones and save you one fruit or plain? Love and polarbear hugs to all xx

    Oh Polarbear,

I feel spoilt, and would love a fruit scone.  I bet you have a light touch with pastry too.

Try not to worry about your feelings, because it is entirely natural.  It hits you every now and then when all treatment stopped and no evidence of disease.  The comfort blanket and insurance is whipped away, ans you feel vulnerable.

Try to put aside what if's and not worry about things that might never happen.  I hope hubby gets out with his kayaks in the sun, and that phased return goes well.  You have both been through a very emotional roller coaster, and it suddenly hits you that life will never be quite the same because of it.

love and hugs to you both
