I'm sending you my biggest hug Lynda

I've never known such a naughty cat,i'm so pleased she lives outside, lord above knows what devastation she'd cause in here,Medusa was sat on my knee having her fuss, purring like a tractor, Polly's sat on the chair next to me having her fuss & purring away & up jumps madam who's clearly in no mood to wait her turn, nudges Medusa off, rolls on her back & promptly bites my hand

Tonight i'm now home alone,Vince is out with a friend so it's cuppa, magazine & cakes i brought home from the macmillan coffee morning

Hope all have a good evening

    xx

    Lynda,

big hug on its way to you, there are so many firsts and Christmas is such a big one! it's bound to be hard. I do a donation to charity and no Christmas cards might be an idea for you, I do e mails to the people I won't see over Christmas with whatever I would previously have written in their cards. I think ignoring Christmas until it's here is a good plan, focus on Budapest, thinking of you take care xxxxxx

    Hi Lynda

Here is a big hug from me (((((Hug)))) I am feeling so much better and more positive but Christmas is a no no for me. I won't be writing any Christmas cards with just one name on, no way. My kids and Grandchildren will get cards that is all.  My daughters partner has already told me he is taking us out for Christmas dinner to the local pub. We can walk there with the children. What a relief that is and his thoughtfulness really means something.

I can can cope with so much now but not Christmas this year. Will just go to church and light a big candle for my man. That Husband hug is still what I miss most of all.

Focus on your new home and your holidays. More hugs ((((hugs))) hope we can meet at the champs meet up (if there are any left) xxxx

Carol your kitty tales are fun, hope you don't get too many scratches.

    Love to all xxx

    Thank you everyone.

yes, christine, I think it is partly the thought of just that one name. Plus Christmas dinner was the last meal Jon ate. Not sure how I'm going to get through it, but I will make it through the day for the sake of the kids and my parents.

anyway, going to forget about it for now. I'm off to Lanzarote a week on Sunday for 2 weeks with the family.

hugs Lynda. Holidays are a good way of getting away from things and relaxing. Make the most of it whilst you can.

Moomy I hope your daughter is able to rest this week so she is okay for the wedding. These things happen at the worst time.

We had a lovely weekend in the lakes sooo relaxing. Back to reality now

Thanks everyone. Today I have been painting my new cloakroom, so less time to mope. The builder has finished in the bathroom now, so I have that to paint as well. But then that is everything painted!

gillian, you certainly had good weather.

Moomy, hope your daughter picks up fast. I had shingles once, very painful.
