Evening everyone.  Is there any bbq left over. I haven't been in for a while we have been away. We stayed in a superb hotel in Borrowdale.  The weather wasn't great but did quite a bit of walking. I walked 4 miles round Buttermere.  When I think that 2years ago I was on morphine patches and couldnt lift my right leg into bed, that is a miracle. We celebrated with champagne before dinner out in the garden with views down towards Derwent.

I had a Ct scan just before we went. The primary which appeared last year is all gone and the mets in my lungs are stable. So excellent news to celebrate. I have put some of that champagne in the fridge.

Come on then, I shall come into the garden with you and cook you something.  Do you want beef burgers, cheese burgers or what do you want please?

A cheese burger please, that would be nice
