Glad to hear your good news - good wishes to Caz and you all.
Poor Caz, yesterday she felt pretty rubbish, but today is feeling better but once again her sleep pattern is rubbish, she didn't sleep at all last night! I reassured her that it's probably still the steroids doing it.
I know we have a very long way to go, but the news this week made it feel that we have at last taken a step in the right direction. The next hurdle is the consultation about donor bone marrow transplant, and whether it will be easy to get a donor......also when is it best to go for it.
love and hugs to you all

(((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))) to you both.
Awww, bless you Mary, my dear friend!
I keep having phone calls about making cup cakes today, lol! Suggested we did skype links soI can direct, hahaha, just as if Mum knows everything! She's feeling fine!
Mary, I put on a long, embroidered, very red kaftan (actually an Egyptian robe), wore loads of long strings of beads, my long curly wig with a white rope belt tied round it, and spoke to folk saying, 'peace, love' with two fingers held up, (yes, facing them of course!) it actually looked quite eye-catching which is why I won, lol!
Now need to practise miaow-ing in tune, yes, the Cat duet, for an audition next Thursday, with my good friend.....
love and hugs to all

Well, I had a photo of the cup cakes, they looked lovely and apparently also tasted great, so the phone calls were obviously useful! She's felt pretty good after the first chemo, as she did the first course, but knows it takes a toll by the third one, so is ready for that this time. not sure who will take her tomorrow yet......can't be me of course, feel so bad about that, but driving in a wrist cast isn't allowed. grrr.
love and hugs to all
Moomy
Dear Helen - thank you xxxx
Didn't the cook save you at least a crumb or two??? A photo cannot do justice to the smell and taste........
Only about a week to go now isn't there before the cast comes off? Will you have to use a splint for a while?? I know I did....not as cumbersome - but still awkward........
Love and ((((hugs)))))
Dot xxxxxxxx
