  • Well, folks am sat here waiting for Caz to return, it will be quite late tonight, I think, she is not coping too well with a heavy week's work and travel too, it would be ok if it were one or the other, but having to get on the road by 7am and then working till 10pm is a tough long day, goodness knows what time she will get home, and we have to get off again by 7 tomorrow too, but at least I can drive for her.....Her stamina is suffering a bit.....and she is really looking forward to a day in bed to get her strength back!

My rehearsal today was tiring but brilliant and am learning so much.....roll on the next one!!!

Hello my name is Paula my dad was dignosed with grade 4 brian tumour in Oct last year he has had an op (even though we know that is will come back) and radiotherapy, however over the last 4 weeks he has been experiencing fits and confusion, he has now been admitted back into hospital and a new scan has determined that the tumour is probably regrowing, his confusion and anger are upsetting and they cannot do another MRI or administor chemo until the swelling and confusion subsides has anyone else come across this and could you please tell me what the chances are that he will recover enough to give his permission for the chemo?
  • Paula, I'm so sorry to hear that news, and you asked a very difficult question.....it sounds a wee bit like an unknown, I do hope that your Dad's medical team can help you with an opinion on this....it sounds as though you too need some help and support, and this is a good site for that, there are usually people on the site who will be able to give you that support, if you post on any active thread I am sure you will be welcomed, at many times of day or night.......love to you, you are on a roller coaster ride of emotional turmoil at the moment.....
