We all get good as well as bad news, let's just post the news here....

Well, we had to laugh even though her bark was ear shattering! Holly (our dog-sit nut case) was collected last night, and son took all her stuff first, oh boy did she panic! But she was so pleased to see him that she wee'd on daughter's jeans in her general excitement! So more washing for Mum to do! Hope dog is ok when we have her for a week in September, at least she has been here overnight now! Hey, the things we do for our kids!

news today is my eldest daughter has been trying to get a house
for ages, and she just phoned me to say she has got it, so guess
who will be helping with the packing lol

Hello all, just thread hopping!!

My good news, was I lost 4lbs. Hoorah!!! The bad - I put it back on after having a curry and drinks to celebrate!!!! So no more take -aways for me, until I know it can stay off!!

Some more good news. Been swimming to get fit for race for life. For three days on a row, I swam 1/2 a mile in 25 mins and didn't fall asleep at work afterwards!!! Bad news - I still have to get out and jog as I am not doing a swimathon!!!

Yes, many reports have made it go, just as well.....I had my 'caring' hat on and could see many were so upset at the idea that this disease could in any way be self-inflicted!
