There’s no pressure, targets, or competition. The idea is simply to encourage one another, share the small moments that help, and enjoy some of the wellbeing benefits that can come from fresh air, movement, and time spent outdoors.
I’ll probably be the same as you once I start the treatment. I’m not on radiotherapy or hormone treatment at the moment. I go out walking with various groups as a social thing as well as exercise. Its going to be hard going if I can’t do that & my mental health is going to take a knocking. I live on my own you see. Though I’ll just have to get on with it. The QE didn’t ring me back yesterday or ring me today ggrrrr!!
