Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Oh I hope he’s ok Dingg (9b76a7af19a84ada8c70c76993e5b511).My partner was in hospital all day Monday in endoscopy getting a procedure done which was different but very unpleasant -for the 3rd time. It failed the last 2 times but succeeded on Monday thankfully. Let’s hope your hubby does well getting through his.
I wish I’d remembered to get some throat sweeties as it was really uncomfortable so they’ve still got a tender throat. I’d not be good as a carer!
I’m not a water fan either-too boring for me so I’m not good at drinking it unless I’m having coffee or tea.

My Nyx loves a furry blanket, especially when it’s a heated one!

Oh Dingg-how stressful for you both. I hope there’s something that can be suggested…it’s horrible having more worry as you wait.

She’s a lovely girl-we got her from a rescue and she spent the first 3 days under a bed until she got used to us. Now she’s thoroughly enjoying hr cosy life!
