Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thats very kind Sarah,
Hubby in right now with them trying to get a feeding tube in with an endoscopy . It failed in a manual attempt yesterday so hoping this goes well. I have found ways to cope but you know l just feel physically sick just now worrying about him having this today and was waking alot last night. So will know soon, l phoned after an hour but he's not back yet x
Yes I'm very grateful to be able to share what's happening but this is a bit different today such a physical reaction.
Will get a cold drink before l go to hospital.
Probably sensible folk would say drink water but I'm never a fan of plain water, must be my inner child wanting pop. X
Thanks Julie
On here we can share what's helping us and so far myself and hubby are keeping laughing.
I posted though actually feel physically sick waiting this last hour whilst they try and get feeding tube in for hubby with endoscopy .
Going to get a cold drink then get to the hospital though l recently rang and he's not back, but by the time l get there he'll be back x
Hoping your days ok and the others here x
