“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Fun facts: azaleas live between 50 to 100 years, although they can live much longer when pruned back after the flowers have dropped off. A Chinese province claims one at 262 years old.
The dodgy bit is they're highly toxic if consumed, especially by animals. I guess you already knew about that though.

I'll do that, and thanks for the info hon. We love flowers but neither of us have green fingers, so it's great that you do and can make such a superb garden.
