Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Leah and thanks for your thoughts
One of the few things where I can fully let go of my mind is in the garden, pottering around, listening to the birds, seeing everything emerging at this time of year. And my trusty secateurs by my side. I’ve been cutting some things back more than I usually would and it’s very therapeutic!
I’m glad you, too, find nature a balm. A lot of people on here seem to do so and treat us to wonderful pictures of plants, birds, trees, landscapes etc.
Totally understand your feelings on this. For me a garden stands for hope, beauty and renewal. It's a constant and a comfort. Loads of love. ️
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
