Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Aye, but sometimes I've been sorely tempted to trade him in!
I got OH a backrest as he has to sleep upright. Sometimes though, when I go on one of my fusspot checks, he's slipped down almost flat on his back, so I've been thinking about getting a better one.
What kind did you get Rose, if you don't mind me asking? xxx
Of course… I’ll post the links

In the end pillows topped with v shaped pillow I already had was much easier and more comfortable
A pity we live at the other ends of the country, otherwise you’d be welcome try what is now a freebie backrest
Thanks so much lovely, and I'll take a look.
About the USB plug - I did the same and OH only needed one port for his phone. Maybe it's all the stress that makes us lose our marbles temporarily.
Anyway hon, if you want to settle down for the night, I'll let you get off. Ravi time for me and I'll see if he can do the honours again. Night night lovely, and sleep well xxx
Sleep tight and hope ravi helps you get there x
