Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

It will be great to get some routine back. Although its gave me taste of what retirement will feel like in about 24 years time haha. Lunches, friend dates, time with family....not sure i am ready to lose 37.5 hrs of my week to work lol xx
Just like The Hunger Games are
Soz to hear re hot flush….whatever the cause, they’re awful. The lurgy I had included sweats and shivers.
By the by, you’re never too old for the flushes, I’m afraid to say….. it’s why I’m still on HRT and I know I’ve got more than a few years on you!
nothing like a DIY chart
I never really had hot flushes before but I guess things aren't the same now. They sound a bit trivial but when you're focused on your temperature and told to watch out for signs of sepsis, it adds to the anxiety. Ukiboy any ideas for a word for temperature anxiety? Something to go with scanxiety?!
They can be horrendous and that’s without having to contend with sepsis etc worries.
TANxiety?
