I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Did have a bit of a hot flush in the hospital which was a bit disturbing. My temperature was fine but felt my face burning up. Nurse just thought it was a hormonal hot flush (I'm too old for them now) and carried on with the treatment anyway. It was very hot on the ward as well. I do think I have a bit of a cold too so that might be contributing.
I've started a new set of meds but they are the same as before. They hadn't got my tick chart ready so I've got to record myself for a few days. Just got to make sure I don't make any mistakes!! That'll add to my stress levels no doubt!!

Yes, a chemo ward. Even the nurse thought it was hot! Kept saying she was going to put the air-conditioning on but didn’t. I did have my Malta 4 euro fan to cool me down which helped!
