Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

The sun is beautiful. Just home from a coffee with a friend. Now waiting for a catch up with oncology consultant to review all is okay. Then next treatment on saturday. Hope your CT scan is all well. Xx
Have been in Scotland for the week. Hope all of you had a good Easter. Good to get away and feel normal for once. Do admit though that we both crashed when we got home. Some kind of pressure releaseith me. I sobbed for 5mins. Me and my wife had a good hug and I felt better. Love to all of you. Yorkshire men aren't all muck and grit.
I should have worn some. But did not think a couple of hours would have made me so red faced....so but still nice to have some sun on the skin. Please send somw sunny thumbs up your OH nkt sent a few for a while xx
Aw, it's great to hear you got away our kid, and especially to Scotland which is a smashing place to be.
Don't worry about the tears as OH succumbs more than I do! I agree it releases pent-up pressure and emotions, so let them flow when you need to. Sending you both love and hugs xxx
