Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Your friend sounds like she's on the ball Julie.
Hey, I've got an inner voice too and when things get on top we converse out loud. We argue often too, and I supply both sides of said arguments - it doesn't matter who wins as I'm in charge anyway. I know it's bonkers but it works and calms me down very quickly. I can't even begin to tell you here what my inner voice is called as it's unprintable! xxx
Same here Julie but we're certainly not alone, with Lucie joining the looney bunch just this morning.
When I'm busy bickering with myself, OH looks at me with a mix of bemusement and compassion. We celebrate our 20th anniversary in a couple of months, and I'm starting to wonder how the hell we've got that far with all the craziness! xxx
Haha mine was called Krancus. There I was thinking I was strange for naming him. Even my family said why you named him I said well I have grown him lol. And now my lone soldier is called left kid. Xx
This group js amazing and I have a few to thank for all the support they gave over the last few weeks, and gave me the support to become a Champion as well. So I can help others which in turn helps me too.
