Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hello Pepper10
The folk on the Support Line are amazing
I don’t know if you are aware but we also have cancer specific groups on the Community where you can mix with others with the same type of cancer as you have. If you tell me the type of cancer I can give you a link to that group.
Best wishes - Brian.

Morning Helen, but so sorry to hear you're not feeling great again lass.
Hopefully, once the weather warms up, it may make you feel more like it and the clocks go forward at the end of the month - lighter evenings are always welcome.
Take care and sending hugs xxx
Morning Pepper.
I'm glad you eventually got some sleep my lovely. I got back off again for several hours but only by putting on my tried and tested ghost stories - the narrator has the most soothing voice ever!
Thank you for your good wishes and I'm returning mine for when your results come in. All the very best and big hugs sweetheart xxx
