Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Good Morning Pepper10
Welcome to the group-although I am so sorry to find you awake and joining us.
If you let me know what type of cancer you have I can direct you to a specific group of people with the same cancer.
Of course you can stay in this group too as they are a great bunch here.
Best wishes-Brian

Strength, Courage, Faith, Hope, Defiance, VICTORY.
I am a Macmillan volunteer.
I have results on Monday morning so will be exactly the same Sunday night. Things always feel much worse when it's dark.
Try to stay positive and I hope you've managed to get some sleep by now. You will feel stronger with a bit of sleep.
Remember there's lots of people here to support you.
Sending lots of hugs. Stay strong xx
Morning all
I had another bad night with my dicky tummy and feeling sick, also I've got a bit of a cold - again, this is the 4th since November
It's foggy here this morning but I'm feeling a bit better after a piece of toast so will walk round to the Co-op later for some bread & milk.
