Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Ah, well blame it on the weather then. It gets the blame for everything at ours - hay fever, wasps, feeling groggy, noisy neighbours - you name it, I blame the weather. I'm scared of nothing but wasps terrify me and always have. Oh, and I've been stung a few times for nothing at all! Please don't tell me you think they're cute? xxx
I'm not a lover of fruit of any kind really, I can eat many but just don't love any so i take vitamin c supplements... I've taken to trying to cook up some frozen broccoli most days because it's good for iron and vitamin c... definitely don't fancy raw!
You're being a good lad, but again, no self discipline on the veg front for me. I do love the smell of it when it's cooking as it reminds me of Christmas, which didn't happen last year. I intend to make up for it this time. Now surely you enjoy all the festivities? Oh, and I have eaten raw broccoli and it's not too bad. xx
I love Christmas, always have!
Raw broccoli!! Yuck!!! Can hardly think of anything worse
How about fried wasps, mixed in with the raw broccoli? Now we're talking...
