Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning Lynne there's not too much running round this week, but it starts again next week so we'll have to dust off our trainers!
You're spot on about treatment causing damage to teeth and gums - those radiation beams trained around OH's head and neck soon caused yellowing of his gnashers, and he knows now to up his game.
Hoping you're feeling well love, and your sister too. Big hugs back xxx
Morning Helen I slept in this morning but I'm not racing round, I'll just do things as I come to them. Thanks for the good luck message - much appreciated.
That's a great word - sloggies! Slogging in the motorhome, wrapped in a comfy dressing gown, must be the business!
You have a lovely day my lovely xxx
Morning Jamie good news you slept better, and Helen's probably right about having some of that anxiety taken away.
It's a good job you sought Elijah's approval before posting his handsome image - our feline friends can get uppity if we don't behave ourselves. And they're very handy at smacking out with their paws! I hope Rebecca doesn't get cross that she's been denied her time in the spotlight. xxx
I do feel some anxiety has lifted. Just got to start the next part of this journey and contuine to help and supprt others too.
Rebecca will get her moment of the stardom light when she feels like sitting to pose for a photo. She is very selective and independent. Rebecca hates sharing me others and walks off or jumps of me if anyone dares enter the oom or sit next to us xx
Hope you have managed to get some rest last night and say hello to the OH xx
