Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning
We've been to Tesco this morning for breakfast and a vienetta that my delivery included the wrong flavour, it was surprisingly quiet.
We're meeting friends for a quick drinkie this afternoon.
Tomorrow we'll be at our son & DiL's with the grandkids, really looking forward to it.
In case I don't get back on here later or tomorrow I hope you and all on here can have a good Christmas day.
Merry Christmas
H
Thank you Helen ️
We shopped early and beat the rush, as Tesco's was starting to heave as we left.
Enjoy today and tomorrow, especially with the grandkids who'll probably be wild with excitement. Fantastic! Have a good one lass and Merry Christmas to you and Alan xxx
Hello Nickycros. So sorry you find yourself here but you are in the best place. I had the womb cancer diagnosis exactly 10 years ago. I know how frightening it is and I'm sure you will be very shocked. I obviously don't know what your diagnosis has been but most women only need a hysterectomy. I needed some radiotherapy- my own fault for neglecting symptoms. It was all fine really, in the end.
The women in the Womb Cancer group were so kind, knowledgeable and often funny. We all helped each other. I left the group 5 years ago but I'm sure it will still be a safe and helpful place.
If you want a private chat, or I can help in any way do message me.
