Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi everyone
I hope you all got some good sleep. I had to sit up for a while, I was feeling sick, but I managed to settle down again.
I've been in to see my ex-colleagues at the doctor's surgery this morning and took a few mince pies in to thank them for looking after me while I was having my treatment.

Hi Helen
Poor you - you're not shaking this malaise off, but hopefully you'll get rid before Christmas, then you can enjoy the festivities. OH's similar but his is a lingering cold. We've got a doctor's review in the morning, so I'll see what he says.
Mmmm, mince pies. Bet they won't last long! Get well soon hon xxx

All sounding good at yours Helen We're going early to Tesco's and other shops in the morning for bread and last minute goodies - I've already scranned what we got in at the weekend.
The review went fine thanks, and the doctor was fab. We've not seen her before - she was a young lass but very thorough and really chatty. Enjoy the wine xxx
