Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I will, I'm unsure whether I've seen it, but your blog comes first. I'd just got to the part on clipping your toenails so you could put the compression socks on. That reminded me of the bugger of a job I had getting them off my OH. For another time. Laters Mr U xxx

eye haha. Read back then on your chats, ( hope you dont mind me eavesdropping). Well im torn between trying to sleep or maybe look on YouTube for something to pass the time. Bfn
Don't know why those thumbs popped up on my post. Strange
This post will notify you of any replies to you so I guess it’s a happy coincidence.
I’m sorry you’re up too.
As for the compression stockings, well I have to say I’m sold on the idea but I haven’t shown my mate yet — I don’t want them getting the wrong idea. Ha ha ha.
Good morning Beekeeper, and if you're still around a warm welcome to you.
You read as many posts as you like my lovely, as they're all there to browse and reply to if you wish.
Well Mr U's blog is a very interesting read so far, and although candid, I doubt very much that he wants his readers to be maudlin, so I'll read on.
Don't worry about the multiple thumbs up emojis, as it happens every time I start a new paragraph unless I'm careful. Hopefully your hubby's snorts won't stop you getting some sleep eventually hon xxx
Thanks Gill, all quiet at the moment, but my elbow is at the ready. A lemon and ginger tea and flicking through kindle to start a new book. Exciting stuff. A few pages and then try to sleep . Thanks xxx
I forgot to give you your welcome pack of a night owl badge, so here it is xxx
