Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Morning Helen, sorry your not any better today, but hey paracetamol will hopefully change that soon my friend, I left all the organising to my aunties as they do this stuff all the time, I'd never even been to France till yesterday, and it's a very comfortable 20C today.
Eddie xx
Hiya Eddie. Maybe it's quiet cos you're over yonder ️ and we're missing your unique chat. Just a thought chief.
Anyway, how's it going and are you settled in? I'm eager for a couple of photos later on if you're up for it. We're both ok and hopefully Helen will be back up to scratch soon. Still cold here but temperatures are supposed to be back in double figures sometimes later this week.
Well that's about as exciting as it's been here, so hoping the aunties will up the ante with some capers. Unless they've decided to be sedate. Hope you're keeping well my friend, and enjoying everything on offer. Big hugs to you all xxx
Hi Gilly, I'm sure everyone can manage without me, and yes we arrived about 5pm, Lesley picked us up at Patras, we had a lovely homemade dinner on the terrace and I had a swim in the sea, and an early night, and I've just Skype'd Sheila, before I get to sleep, glad you're both OK and the weather's picking up soon, we've just had a quiet night in, I must say I do like the villa, I've only taken a couple of pics Milan train station, Bari seafront, and a bar. XX

Ooh, they're lovely Eddie, especially the Bari one. Many thanks. Well it'll be about half two your time so you're probably right getting off. Excellent news that it's all good and you'll be able to tell us more as the holiday progresses.
Have a great time, get plenty of swimming in and lots of lovely food. Looking forward to more updates xx take care and get some well earned shuteye. Love from us xxx
Morning
I'm still full of it, cold that is . I spent some of the night sitting up coughing
We've been to Tesco this morning, had breakfast and did some Christmas food shopping. We're away for 2 weeks in December so thought we'd better start.
I'm watching Christmas movies this afternoon
Enjoy your day.
