Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Good morning Helen,
I hope you have a wonderful day and enjoy lunch with your friends, I'm also heading out for lunch today with my parents and one of our neighbors and their family.

I do love a glass of wine normally Eddie, but I’m very conscious now of what I eat and drink due to my recent diabetes diagnosis, so have avoided wine…unfortunately!

They're only proposing to do chest xrays, because the lungs is one of the first places it will jump to apparently... last chest x ray was start of October and was clear
My faith in gps is very wobbly due to various things I’ve encountered with them through the years, so I can understand that.

Hi Stevie, surely you mean, may jump too, my friend, that's good their being proactive, and if your down for 3, 4, or 6 monthly x-rays, that's great, I understand your frustration and mistrust with certain doctors, I've had the lot at times, but a visit to PALS sorts them out.
