Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thank you to all the birthday well-wishers. It was nice seeing my daughter this afternoon and my son this evening. I have not had a birthday cake because I couldn't get planning permission for one big enough for 76 candles. I have, however, just consumed a delicious Panattone and have been feeling mostly ok today.
Just the best for today - glad you could see your son and daughter xxx
for me just that you had a Panettone close yours eyes and imaging 76 candles
you are worth all of them xxxX 76
Jann xx

I want to stay in the forum but I keep getting emails from friends - now 9 - who say my comments are not appropriate and I have checked my chats and none of them seem to offensive - I even had a comment from someone called Kez??? & several other names I have not chatted to
I have never chatted to whoever it is - but it is doing my head in - & GillH said chill but I cant with day after day email messages

Evening Eddie. I was just about to reply to Jann but you got there first. I was going to tell her we all have off days - I've had a rubbish one today but I won't go into it. Don't worry, no one's ill but, well you know. I don't know what the emails Jann's had or who from, but if they're upsetting her, maybe she should contact Macmillan. What do you think, and how are you today my friend? xxx
