Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thanks Jann. I have 2 amazing boys 8 and 5. So as you can imagine my house is crazy and very loud lol
Im 41 (according to my eldest that's old lol). Being busy has helped, as it has meant I haven't had much time to think, till night time.
Never really had anxiety before, well not like this.
Hope you and everyone else has a lovely day. What's the plans for the weekend?
Xx
Morning Odette, and I hope you're doing ok love.
Aw, I bet your boys are loveable scamps and you're certainly not old - my two girls are both older than you, so that makes me old. Lol!
No plans for the weekend for us, but exercise class this morning, at the centre where my OH goes for therapies. I have to join in!
Enjoy your day sweetie and a big hug xxx
Good morning everyone, and hope you've all managed to get some sleep, and are ready for the day ahead. Jann & Odette, it's fab you've found each other again and, what a relief, so please don't put us oldies through that again, PS my eldest is 53yo, so I remember the dinosaurs lol.
I have a craft group this morning, visiting my auntie , who's home from hospital today, then it's Carer's day at the hospice and then off to the Isles of Scilly on the train. Where I plan to do as little as possible this weekend.
love to you all xx
