Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Lots of hugs Eddie xx
Thanks Eddie-that’s maybe the best idea here as Jann really wants to check in with her. How are you doing yourself?

Hi Odette, I was just wondering how you are doing my friend after the fright you gave yourself catching a glimpse of those unknown scan results, I know how easy it is to think the worst, when we're so vulnerable, I hope the replies you received have been helpful and your in a slightly better place now. Odette the lovely Jannb7d8aa , has been trying to contact you, for a couple of days. If you're ok and up to it could you please reply to her, thank you
Eddie xx
Hi Sarah, it's lovely to hear from you neighbour, I'm ok my friend, very busy few days, so looking forward to Thursday when I can relax by the sea, and how are things in North Notts, I hope your keeping warm and cosy, and sleep well.

Enjoy the sea-nothing better than a walk by the beach! Just getting settled for some sleep now-been struggling with pain and kept awake just recently, but hoping I’ll be in the land of nod soon.
