Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Eddie
You need to put “@“ in front of a name rather than “#” to tag someone. I’ve replied to Jann’s other post to tag Odette.

You are replying to yourself here, so Odette might not see it. When you hit the reply box under a post, your reply is specifically replying to that person. You did this in your last post talking about wanting to send hugs to Eddie-I’m sure he’ll be very pleased about that!
When you want to reply to a particular person, find one of their posts and click on the “reply” button that you see under what they have written. You made a new post a little while ago looking for Odette and I replied and tagged her in the hope she might see you’ve been looking for her-fingers crossed!

It just takes a bit of getting used to when you’re new here finding your way around. If you need anything, I’m happy to try and help out-just ask.
