Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Sonia ️
Poor you hon, turn over and find something else to watch when they come on. Or go in the kitchen and make a brew.
That CRUK ad, where a Head and Neck patient wearing a mask for RT sets OH off and sometimes makes him cry. Then I have to hurriedly start yapping gibberish to get his mind off it.
They should come with a warning - they put them on for everything else so why not traumatised cancer patients?
Anyway my lovely, how are you doing tonight? Swerving the door knockers should have been a welcome relief xxx
And back in before 9:15 ! I am soooo rock n role
Hmmm I sometimes think the warnings for stuff can themselves be triggering. I suppose once images etc appear it is even more so.
Kettle on it is absolutely freezing outdoors!
Cheers
Weather app says it's 7 degrees but I reckon that's being generous
Two trick or treaters knocked but I was so surprised I said, 'Sorry I don't have any bits'. They politely accepted this and moved on.
Afterwards I thought, I did actually have bits and I am sure money would have been welcome but as we left for gig there was a seated on the ground meeting of t or t folk ... so perhaps best not to have identified as a good door to knock
Cheers
Evening Shimmers ️
No dirty stop out for you tonight then. Was it good?
Get warmed up hon, and rest your foot if you've been boogying on down xxx
