Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

A few tablespoons of dry, uncooked porridge oats used to be my fall-back when nothing appealed. xxx
Evening Dingh ️
It's good you managed some sleep hon, and if Crunchy Nut cornflakes are the answer to insomnia that'll be next on my list, along with the spiced apple tea which is so refreshing. Loving it!
Didn't have as much luck hunting down aromatic, pain alleiviatig cream as there's tons of it on the market - ranging wildly in price! I'll stick with Aveeno my lovely, as taking out a loan isn't necessary.
Ooh Dingly, if I could exist on roast chicken and meringues then I surely would but doubt OH would be as keen, for some odd reason.
Anyway hon, the witchypoo season's just around the corner, so you be careful in the bat park as ghouls could be twerking their things.
No late night/morning on the cards for me tonight hon, as a busy day tomorrow, none of it inspiring worst luck, but you take good care and look after yourself sweetheart. Sending warmest hugs xxx
Thinly sliced mushrooms, baked until crispy i.e. very well done. I discovered they were tasty after forgetting they were in the oven a year or so ago. Have not tried them since but have some mushrooms in the fridge which I bought to go with rump steak from the freezer. Crispy mushrooms sounds like an easier option, perhaps not tonight because I've just consumed 4 chicken sizzlers in lemon and garlic sauce. Full is an understatement. xxx
