Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Amanda ️
Hope you're all doing well and Cardiff didn't take too much of a battering my lovely.
A combination of my new phone not being user friendly enough yet, site issues and bigger ones with OH have put me off a bit, but hopefully things will be back on track soon.
Keep yourself snuggled up sweetheart and have a lush evening. Big hugs chicken xxx
sssshhh hopefully some are sleeping. The wind here is much quieter.
Gill H you seem to be regrouping? Have a sticky and a magma cooling
I know you are good at your accounts, I was hoping MABS would be clued up on benefits and allowances. I am unfamiliar with ROI agencies or their credibility.
Amandas hi you may be snoozing but can you describe the difficulties you are having accessing the site? The tech bods like specifics! Thanks it is a pain in the whatsit but also distressing when those seeking support find it ... unhelpful. I will stop there.
Cheers
Evening Shimmers as I think you're about
About stocking up...you can tell the team to put the knuckle dusters back in the store cupboard as a peace treaty has been signed here. I wouldn't mind cake, pomegranate juice, croissants and kayli please. An eclectic mix but I couldn't half murder those right now
Hey, flatwatch news, fingers crossed
A ground floor 2 bed apartment, about a 2 minute walk into town, popped up on my alert today so I sent an email and they'll arrange a viewing, hopefully. Watch this space but don't hold your breath. Our luck isn't anything to hang the bunting out for at the moment.
Hugs and hope you're feeling more with it now hon xxx
Siiiiigh! My reply went pooft! It said Gill H WAHOO! Oooh shouldn't shout! Flatwatch news is good news. Hopefully you've got in quick and it will work out. Do you know the area? Any downsides?
Any good?
Cheers
We know the area and it's very nice, lots of trees Here's the best bit...Low Ceilings! It's quite a new building too but not so new that there'll be snaggings.
Anyway, we'll look first and make up our minds but if we like it I'll pounce!
You'll have to excuse long delays as I'm not quick with this phone xxx
To celebrate your news there are several volleys of fireworks going off here
