Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I am glad to hear that the worst has passed, and that you still have power.
We are now in an amber warning for 24 hours, and they are saying there could be more wind Monday night into Tuesday.
Stay safe and warm everybody. xx
Evening folks. I have read through the chat. I can see that folk are l having major site issues.
I have indeed now been contacted by Jamie tech bod who apologizes for the apparent delay in response but he had asked the engineers to look at things first.
He then would like if possible details of specific incidents, date, time, screenshots etc
I have not responded as yet. Are folk who regularly use other bits of the forum having issues there too?
I still think him grabbing a phone and coming to play in the dark would be most illuminating
Cheers
