Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Sounds like you're copping the weather hon, so maybe the car's hiding till it subsides. Good sense on wheels.
It's dull here; otherwise it's like a fairy glen with absolutely nothing going on.

I just had a problem accessing the site. I normally hit the link in the notification, and it takes me straight in. But it wouldn't load. This has happened a few times recently.
Has anyone else had this problem? In the end I went to my browser and found a bookmark, so managed to get back in! I'm going to keep it open, for now.
Afternoon Gill. I have had no problems accessing the site maybe someone else could help you. You could try asking millibob he is usually clued up. Good luck. Sonia xxx
