Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Ray
It's taken 25 minutes as I had to log out and back in and do the hokey cokey and turn around, but finally found my cake
Admire, drool, put eyes back in aaand chomp! Mmm, chomp, mmm, slurp, gulp, belch!
Delicious Ray! Thank you kindly, my good man and much appreciated
Tell you what else I found on my travels back in time...about 10 posts that weren't previously there! It's bad, posting on a phone but at least some later posts now make sense.
I'm off, too much faffing about involved but thanks again hon, and have a good evening xxx
Lol
No bats tonight poor souls would have to hang on tight today!
All quiet here now though did see 6 squirrels yesterday, going to check out the bird I've been told weighs the same as a 20 pence piece maybe a yellow finch not sure sounds amazing to see, any twitchers around who know...
Hope Sheffield is quieter now x
Not done Brian Millibob hmmm maybe our boy millibob....will ponder..
Sending hugs, xxx
Of course, after all the excitement of being on here this evening, I fell asleep. Just woken up and trying to catch up, but I don't hold out too much hope of staying awake for long.
The radio is playing 1980's hits, definitely my era, so I will go back to sleep happy.
I expect I will be wide awake again at 4 am when everyone has gone.
I've just come back after TLC and a slob down on the sofa.
Get some kip Gill, you'll feel better for it. The wind's picked up so might soothe me off at some point.
Night hon, sweet dreams xxx
Hi again Dingo Dawg if you're still awake hon, but don't reply if you're sleepy as my phone's doing odd things. Wonder what the hummer's up with it as i only got it a few damn days ago?
Anyway my lovely, I agree with Ukiboyo that you are poetically gifted and superb at waxing lyrical. Delve into your past and you may come across an uncle Dylan, way back from another century. Who knows?
I certainly don't but you keep in touch my love, as we can now boast we've made a million...views not £s but still a fab achievement.
Loads of hugs and love being blown across to windy Wales xxx hugs
love

Well, I made it to 3 am in the land of nod, woke up to find my phone had been doing some updates and needed a restart. Now I need to delete pages of suggestions for more apps, none of which I want. Ah well, it gives me something to do before I drop off again
EIght hours' sleep! That's a record!
Now reluctant to get out of my cosy bed to put the heating on for a couple of hours. I might even doze off again.
