Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Gill
Its been crazy trying to log onto the site. Been showing 5 or 3 days for days. I just managed to write a post and up come a pile of new posts lol.
Hope you and OH are well.
It has been a strange day here in cardiff. Wind rain and sunshine and cold.
Was glad to get home in the warm.

Just woken up after a day trying to sort out more work problems. Now on here, the arrow to go back a page won't work (again) so I can't read posts from earlier, and react accordingly. This happens a lot.
I will have to make do with what is on the last page, for now.
Have I missed anything? Is everyone okay?
Hi Shimmers
I slept well last night. We've been busy today with various bits.

I sometimes find the back arrow doesn't work, try refreshing the page then try again.
