Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Ok ....it seems everyone is asleep, has tech issues or best reason, has something better to do!
So I will say good luck to everyone with appointments when the sun comes up, s to all with another day to grind out.
Gill H I know it's frustrating getting to grips with a new phone and it will be in charge of you for a while.
Well I had an unexpected day out with mastiff pal. We went to the MetroCentre and she got two fab tops and I got a new tea infuser ball. Licorice tea here I come
We had a good natter over tea and munchies and then I helped her choose wallpapers as she has a couple of days off work coming up and HAS to be busy.
Ok folks saying Nyt and sweet dreams
Sorry I missed you Shimmers. I was in the Bladder forum for a while.
A tea infuser ball?? Liquorice tea?? These are new things to me. Does the ball contain loose tea, you let if float or sink, then hoick it out? Novel. I like liquorice to chew but not sure about drinking it.
At half past midnight I celebrated my 77th by having not one but two swigs of white Burgundy then, wait for it, ate about 8 GARIBALDI BISCUITS. I would have continued but feared for combustible after effects if I ate the lot. My daughter presented the wine and Garibaldi (two packets) when she visited in the afternoon. 12-30am was the approximate time I was born in a military hospital near Almondsbury in Gloucestershire in 1949. Before I reached 1 year old my RAF dad was posted to Malta where I spent the next 3 years. My celebration is low key and I'm alone but I'm cheerful. Can't be bad . xxx
Hello, I have just woken up after a dis*sterous day yesterday and unlikely to go back to sleep again for hours. Nobody about for the last 2 hours.
Pretty close to ringing a certain helpline right now.
Just noticed some recent posts have popped up, so I will read those.
