Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

(Here's another moment I am proud of - I've been very lucky.) No regrets!

Ooh bow scrape curtsy...doff cap tug forelock ... we are not worthy!
Cheers
Now I wonder which of the above words was the trigger for 'at risk' message.
Still I am glad the triggers are there.
Cheers
Afternoon Shimmers
How's my day going? Not too bad thanks hon, as I got all my morning chores and OH's MOT done before the match. And our dinners scoffed, too.
I'm just about ok with the 1 - 1 result but despised the ref! I'm blaming him for my rasped vocals as I swore long and loud for approx 85 mins, with a break at half time for a coffee.
Has club bingo totally bit the dust now?
Anyway, I've come up to bed for a couple of hours as my back's killing and I might have a snooze. No reason for lingering in the pub now the match has finished Shims, unless you're chaperoning our charming Stressy. Enjoy! xxx
Ooh, another belter of a photo for our gallery! Well done you!
Now I've got some time to myself I'll look for the Late Late show clip, and then for spotty dogs on FB.
Can I have your autograph please? xxx
️
sssshhh if you're snoozing but I gave up before match ended and went to Aldi for Greek yoghurt for cooking tea.
Of course Stressy has just cut himself with new knife. Just about guaranteed... even with a wallpaper scraper !
Yeah a lie down sounds good, put my duff foot up, giving me grief.
Well whilst Scoots is a no go zone it's difficult and when I spoke with him briefly the other day, he said he doesn't go to bookies now.
I really need to catch up with him and see how treatment is going and whether bro is any use as support.
Cheers
