Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Sorry Ray, I went off to make the tea.
It's good that your great soh is still up and running and a strong chance your phobia is now under wraps. Hopefully
Well I know you like K-pop so you could be a fan boy of BTS, but if not have this anyway as it's prettier than a paracetamol.
Let's pray the antibiotic does the business as having your leg sawn off wouldn't be a barrel of laughs! xxx
Amazing news. Hope you have a good evening and get some rest. Xxx
I have been awake since 5 am so I expect I will doze off this evening, then not be able to sleep overnight. Again.
Tomorrow is a quieter day, off to the pharmacy to collect prescriptions and order new ones, then to inject myself with the marrow-boosting hi-tech drug, then to tackle the big-ish job arranged last week that came in today. Oh wait, I need to look at that this evening .
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
