Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Yeh, definitely agree with that and it doesn't explain why random posts go awry in the middle of the day.
Anyhoo, in future I'll break posts down into parts as I was fuming when my tomes the other night did a Houdini xxx
Yes! Technically it isn't MACMILLAN's problem that we are one fingering on a phone so get extra cross when reams go pffft! but actually many folk in stressful situations, hospital or middle of night are likely to be clutching their phones so I think site functionality on mobiles is an issue they need to address.
I believe however, that at least some issues are across the board.
Cheers
This is all very grown up so a salutary tale proving housework is dangerous!
Mastiff pal, dog happily at son's home, sat in living room when suddenly an almighty exploding and shattering of glass sound comes from kitchen.

Bang went my theory, hence the massive delay and had to play hokey cokey again!!!!!!!
Aw Scoots. Has he anyone else to go bingo with? I've visions of him spending the whole day alone now.
Boo hiss at Stressy
Choosing to swallow rather than spit out her heart, she went to investigate.
Thousands of bits of glass everywhere. Her hob is electric and built into her worktop. Bench space is limited in the gally kitchen so she had a huge glass chopping board, tiger in winter trees scene, that covered the hob when not in use, to give a bit more workspace

She reckons she must have caught one of the hob knobs (doh!) when cleaning and unbeknownst a ring had been heating the glass board.
Big clean up job and lots of little scorch marks on laminate floor.
Motto... only do housework when necessary and not because you have itchy butt syndrome like her!
Cheers
Hummer! That'll mean extra Xmas sparkly bits as it takes forever to get all the glass up. Poor pal. They don't have much luck Shimmers xxx
Scoots has no other pals these days.
To be fair, after he has been to bookies on a morning, he would turn down invites to most other things.
Stressy of course thinks he knows best ( about most things!) and saw Scoot's choices of how he spent his time as something to berate him about.
People make their own choices, even if they are poor ones from our point of view, and handle their cancer and other issues in their own way.
Btw, he went bingo on own before we joined in. His bingo pal had previously become too frail.
Cheers
Oh that's ok then. I'll quit the sorrow for him. And if the alkis are going to be his hospital sidekicks at least he'll have someone with him xxx
